- Remote Psychologist, PhD/PsyD | $200 to $250/Hour
Description
Typical effective rate of $200 to $250 per hour of active clinical time | $100 per completed case | Fully remote | Flexible caseload | Fully funded ADHD training
NVOX is expanding NVOX Direct and recruiting licensed psychologists with PhD or PsyD degrees across the United States for remote clinical work in ADHD assessment.
The model is designed to let psychologists spend more of their time on work that requires clinical expertise and professional judgment, while NVOX manages much of the infrastructure and administration surrounding the assessment process.
Compensation
Clinicians receive $100 for each completed case.
Typical clinician involvement is approximately 24 to 30 minutes per case, which translates to an effective rate of approximately $200 to $250 per hour of active clinical time.
A typical case involves a brief review of assessment materials that have already been collected and organized, followed by a client feedback session of up to 20 minutes.
Clinicians are compensated for their professional work regardless of the diagnostic conclusion.
Focus on Clinical Work. NVOX Handles the Infrastructure.
Before a case reaches the clinician, NVOX has already collected, organized and prepared the relevant assessment materials within the clinician workspace.
These materials may include clinical history, questionnaires, collateral information, supporting documents, assessment results, digital performance data, draft report materials and proposed recommendations.
NVOX also manages the technology infrastructure and client billing.
Clinicians do not need to acquire patients, market their services, manage collections or build an ADHD assessment workflow from scratch.
Their time is focused on case review, client interaction, clinical interpretation and judgment, any necessary revisions, and authorization of the final report.
Clinicians retain independent clinical judgment and may make any necessary revisions before authorizing the final report.
Flexible Caseload
Clinicians choose the level of availability that fits their practice and schedule.
Depending on demand, licensure coverage and availability, NVOX Direct can support anything from a limited number of weekly cases to a substantial recurring clinical caseload.
There is no minimum caseload commitment. Actual case volume depends on demand, clinician availability and applicable licensure.
Fully Funded ADHD Training
Clinicians approved for NVOX Direct receive fully funded access to the PESI Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD CCSP) Intensive Training Course.
The program offers up to 35.25 continuing education hours, subject to professional and jurisdictional eligibility, and has an approximate listed value of $1,760.
The training is part of NVOX's investment in the professional development of clinicians working through the platform.
Option to Continue Working With Clients
After the assessment is complete, if the clinician and client independently decide that they would like to continue working together, they may do so directly, subject to applicable ethical, professional and licensure requirements.
NVOX does not participate in that ongoing relationship, does not set the clinician's fees and receives no share of future professional fees.

About NVOX
NVOX is building a clinician led ADHD assessment platform designed to make comprehensive assessment more structured, efficient and accessible.
The platform brings together clinical history, symptom and functional review, multi informant input, digital performance data and additional assessment information within a structured clinician workflow.
Technology does not replace the psychologist. It supports the collection, organization and presentation of information while professional judgment and clinical responsibility remain with the licensed clinician.
NVOX has completed more than 1,000 assessments during the development and evaluation of its platform and is now expanding its clinician network across the United States.
