Description
We're looking for a full-time licensed psychologist to join our growing group practice in Tacoma, WA. This is a hybrid role, a mix of in-person and telehealth, with the flexibility to build a caseload that works for your life.
We especially welcome applicants with experience working with children and adolescents, though we're open to psychologists across specialty areas, including trauma, EMDR, LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodivergence, and bilingual/Spanish-speaking clinicians. Post-doctoral candidates are welcome.
Position details
Full-time, independent contractor (1099); revenue-split compensation model
WA-licensed psychologist required (or license-eligible post-doc)
Hybrid schedule: in-person at our Tacoma office plus telehealth

Requirements
Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington State, or post-doctoral candidate actively pursuing licensure
Able to build toward a full caseload of approximately 25 clients per week
Self-directed and comfortable working within an independent contractor model, including carrying your own malpractice insurance
