Brighter Life Therapy, PLLC is a collaborative practice built by clinicians, for clinicians. We believe therapy work shouldn't be buried under admin overhead, corporate bureaucracy, or rigid structures. We hired ourselves once—and we're looking for Rockstar therapists who want to actually practice therapy without the noise.

The Role

You'll see 20 clients per week in a hybrid model: some in our Arlington office, some remote—whatever works for you and your clients. You own your caseload, your schedule, and your clinical decisions...Just you, your clients, and a team that has your back.

Requirements

Who You Are:

-Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Comfortable with autonomy and self-direction
- Want to practice therapy without corporate overhead
- Value collaboration over hierarchy
- Ready to be part of a team that actually supports each other
