Description
Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to diverse patient populations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll maintain accurate clinical documentation, contribute to care planning, and support integration of innovative tools that enhance treatment outcomes. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aligned with best-practice clinical guidelines and measurable outcomes
Deliver services through a combination of in-person and secure telehealth sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, social workers, and other members of an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate holistic treatment
Monitor treatment progress, adjust interventions based on client response and data, and participate in case reviews and clinical consultations
Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and appropriate referrals for higher levels of care when indicated
Stay current with emerging research, therapeutic modalities, and digital mental health tools to continuously improve clinical effectiveness
Participate in clinical meetings, peer case consultations, and training sessions that support continuous professional development
Contribute feedback to internal teams on how digital tools, interfaces, and workflows can better support both clinicians and patients
Uphold all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and state licensing board requirements

Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in the state of practice
Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program
Completion of an APA- or CPA-accredited internship (preferred)
Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy in outpatient or telehealth settings
Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and standardized assessment tools
Training or certification in specific evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments) is strongly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms
Commitment to ongoing continuing education and adherence to ethical and legal standards in clinical practice
