We are proudly expanding our Autism program with the utilization of evidenced based ABA practices. Join KFSABA and be trained to implement the latest techniques. Also offering supervision for individuals pursuing their BCBA, and paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification.

LOCATIONS & HOURS
* Center based
* Flexible hours: full and part-time opportunities are available
* Available hours include (but are not limited to) weekdays and Saturday with shifts varying between 7am and 7pm

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree
* Current BCBA and LABA Certification
* Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions

Requirement
*All new hires will need to submit proof of vaccination upon hire or must submit negative weekly COVID tests
*It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
*Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift items to 50 lbs on occasion
*Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods

Kaleidoscope ABA provides center based, community and home based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy services to children and young adults. We use evidence-based, best practice models to support and provide effective treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as well as other behavioral and developmental disabilities. Our team partners with family members to create individualized ABA treatment plans designed to meet the individual needs of each person we serve.
