Anna’s House Foundation, a Faith Based Organization
Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Mental Health Provider supports the clinical program of Anna’s House Foundation through
the delivery of outpatient mental health services to children, youth, and families. This position provides direct clinical care under
appropriate supervision while upholding the Foundation’s mission of providing immediate, stable, and trauma-informed care for
children in Oklahoma foster care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Support and Service Delivery:
Provide direct outpatient mental health services to children, youth, and families, including individual, family, and group
therapy, in alignment with program needs and clinical competency.
Conduct client intakes, psychosocial assessments, and collaborative treatment planning, incorporating trauma-informed
approaches.
Deliver therapeutic interventions that support emotional regulation, attachment, and placement stability, particularly
within foster and adoptive care systems.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services in accordance with AHF policies and ethical guidelines.
Uphold confidentiality, professional boundaries, cultural humility, and ethical decision-making in all clinical and
professional interactions.
Coordinate referrals and connect clients and families to community resources as appropriate.
Work collaboratively with AHF staff, foster families, and external service providers to support client success.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff, clients, and volunteers in accordance with AHF’s mission and values.
Support community-based initiatives related to mental health awareness and family well-being.
Assist with resource coordination, referrals, or outreach activities as assigned.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Clinical Director or Supervisor.
Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings, and professional development opportunities provided by AHF.
Engage in reflective practice and seek feedback to enhance professional growth and clinical competency.
May require some evening hours to accommodate client and family availability.
Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI)
Participate in AHF’s PQI process as a member of the clinical team, assisting in data collection, outcome measurement, and
service evaluation.
Support the implementation of COA standards within clinical operations, ensuring adherence to best practices in service
delivery.
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Master’s-level program in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Current Oklahoma behavioral health license and active NPI number.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, family systems theory, and child welfare practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound professional judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or electronic health record systems (training provided).
Demonstrated interest in working with foster and adoptive families.
