What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and driving positive client outcomes:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Analyze data to monitor progress and guide clinical decisions
Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers
Provide parent and caregiver training to support success at home
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
What We’re Looking For
Current BCBA certification
Active New York LBA license
Active Medicaid provider number through eMedNY
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Requirements
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Active New York LBA license
Active Medicaid provider number through eMedNY
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and special education practices
Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and clinical decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment
