- Non-Tenure Track Professor of Organizational Behavior (OB)
Description
We are seeking a full-time, non-tenure track (full) professor of organizational behavior primarily to teach courses in our undergraduate, MLOC, MBA, and executive education programs, to begin on July 1, 2026.
Requirements
Candidates should have a PhD in OB, management, or a related social science field, ten or more years of teaching experience in management education, an excellent teaching record including in the application of experiential learning methods with adult learners, expertise in leading or advising organizational change projects using appreciative inquiry and positive organizational development methodologies, expertise teaching in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, experience in teaching social and global issues in management at the undergraduate, master’s, and executive education levels, and demonstrated ability to organize and lead educational programs, courses, and student field projects in organizational settings. Publications targeted at practitioner audiences are desirable.
