Job Summary:

Dr. Marshall Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health support, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management to clients facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The MHT will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and coordinate care with other professionals to promote mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments of clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and other health professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
• Assist clients with accessing community resources such as housing, healthcare, and financial assistance.
• Participate in case conferences, supervision, and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program or clinical counseling or related field
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of [2] years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and clinical interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
