LAKELAND MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a full-time Adult/Children's Services Supervisor.
This position is responsible for general administration and supervision of all Adult & Children's Services Program(s) to assure quality, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness in the delivery of mental health services. This position also carries an Adult Services Practitioner caseload, providing mental health case management and rehabilitative services to adults/children in the community setting.
Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus 2000 hours of supervised mental health experience; two years supervisory experience preferred.
Salary range is: $51,939 - $78,182. A competitive salary/benefits package is available including health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k, career development, and much more.
