Description
Mental Health Peer Advocate opportunity available for PACT program in Burlington, NJ.Provide onsite support services to Mental Health population.
Participate in treatment planning, ongoing assessment and discharge review.
Maintain documentation and records.
Develop Wellness Action Recovery (WRAP) Plans with program participants.
Monday-8a-4p, Tuesday-8a-4p, Wednesday-10a-6p, Thursday-8a-4p, Friday-8a-4p 40 hours per week.
BA in Human Services.
Must have In- Community Experience with Mental Health Populations
Up to $26/hr.
