- Licensed Psychologist or Therapist for OCD/Anxiety Specialty Clinic
Description
The Nashville OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center is seeking a part-time Licensed Psychologist or Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) to join our team. We would ideally like for the new therapist to start in summer 2026, but we can be flexible if it's an excellent fit. The therapist will provide evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders in a vibrant private practice setting. Our clientele consists of individuals across the lifespan seeking effective care both in person and virtually. The therapist will also be involved in our intensive treatment services program, which provides 4 hours of therapy support weekly for clients with higher levels of acuity. In this role, the candidate will provide individual and group treatment with intensive clients as well as coordinate assessment services to other clients in the intensive program.
The NOATC provides a supportive environment for therapists who value collaboration over competition and strive for life-long learning. As a clinic, we are committed to culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergence competent services.
Our new Therapist will have access to:
- Healthcare benefits and 401K with employer match pending increasing hours to full time (estimated 6 mo timeline)
- Biweekly individual consultation with a small group of licensed peers
- W2 employee status with employer tax paid
- Annual educational stipend for CEs and conference travel
- Furnished office space
- Administrative/marketing support
- Weekly case consultation seminars
Applications will be accepted until April 3, 2026.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an independent Tennessee license or be license eligible in TN. They must have at least one year of experience implementing evidence-based interventions for OCD, anxiety, or trauma related concerns, such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as experience working with adolescent and adult clients. The ideal candidate will also embody our core values of compassion, creativity, and commitment to evidence-based care.
Preferred candidates will be actively engaged with their local therapy community and will demonstrate excellent case conceptualization and communication skills. They will also have experience working with younger clients (ages 6-12) and have significant multicultural experience. Speaking a language other than English is also a plus.
