Description
The Child & Adolescent Behavioral Therapist provides evidence-based treatment to children and adolescents with OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions. This role includes delivering individual therapy, supporting intensive outpatient programming, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Clinicians develop and implement individualized treatment plans, complete timely clinical documentation, and may lead or co-lead child-focused groups or programs. The position also includes participation in weekly consultation, didactics, and team meetings, with opportunities to contribute to supervision and training of junior clinicians. This is an ideal role for clinicians seeking to deepen expertise in exposure-based therapies within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
- PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC (or postdoctoral fellow eligible for Massachusetts licensure)
- Experience treating children and adolescents with OCD and/or anxiety disorders
- Strong foundation in CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Ability to work with children ages 5–12 as well as adolescents
- Commitment to evidence-based, measurement-informed care
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with openness to feedback and ongoing learning
- Comfort with modeling skills and supporting clients in tolerating uncertainty
- Experience providing supervision is a plus, but not required
