Description:
ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to work on a temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM.
- Pay: $55.00 per hour with weekly pay
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full Time/40 hours or a minimum of 32 hours a week M F 8am 5pm. Position requires extended workdays such as 10am 7pm and rotating weekend workdays 8am 5pm.
- Work Location: Albuquerque, NM - Sequoyah Adolescent Treatment Center
Case Management:
- Assessment and processing of referrals, including completing documentation for insurance authorization.
- Pre-Admission assessment and documentation.
- Admission intake coordination, scheduling, and processing.
- Coordinating and processing resident and family needs during treatment.
- Coordinating, scheduling, and processing discharge.
Therapy:
- At minimum, residents are required to receive two (2) individual therapy sessions every week; one (1) family therapy session every week; and one (1) group therapy session every week
Crisis Intervention:
- Assess for and implement risk precautions (for suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, etc.)
Documentation:
- Hybrid Paper and Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Completed in accordance with New Mexico state statutes and Children, Youth & Families Department (CYFD) Certification, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO), and Department of Health / Sequoyah Adolescent Treatment Center (SATC) requirements.
- Documentation Generally Required:
- Initial Clinical Reviews, Pre-Admission Assessments
- Initial Treatment Plans
- Comprehensive Assessments
- 14-Day Comprehensive Treatment Plans
- 30-Day Treatment Plans, Interim Treatment Plans
- Concurrent Reviews
- Progress Notes, Risk Precautions
Treatment Team Meetings:
- Scheduled and facilitated in accordance with New Mexico state statutes and Children, Youth & Families Department (CYFD) Certification, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO), and Department of Health / Sequoyah Adolescent Treatment Center (SATC) requirements.
Attendance at required meetings or meetings otherwise required:
- Admissions Committee
- Pre-Treatment
- Treatment Teams
- Clinical Staff Meetings
- Supervisory Meetings
- Facility Meetings
Attendance at mandatory trainings or trainings otherwise required:
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) /First Aid, Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) techniques.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Licensure: LPCC, LMHC, LCSW/LISW, LMSW, LMFT, LPAT
- Experience: Two (2) years
